Description: Shingle Lake is located in Lincoln Township in central Clare County. Shingle Lake is just across the road from Lake George (134 acres). This Michigan lake consists of 35 acres of surface waters with reported depths of 40 feet. For your enjoyment the State of Michigan owns forty acres along the northwestern tip of the lake. On the north east side of the lake is the Lake George township park. |
