Description: Mulford Lake is a private Michigan lake. Fishermen report catches of Bass, Trout, Bluegill and Pike. Mulford Lake is 123 miles from Chicago, 35 miles from Elkhart, 36 miles from South Bend, from Edwardsburg take 12 East, going through Edwardsburg to Calvin Center Rd, turn left. Calvin Center turns into Penn. When you approach the railroad crossing-go over the tracks and curve to the right. Do not make a hard turn left!! Continue on Penn to Church. Turn right on Church to Mulford Lake. A.K.A. Cowhan Lake |

 Trout?

I have been fishing this lake for many years. Nice bass , bluegill, perch, crappie, sunfish. Black bullhead and a few pike. But unless they recently stocked it with trout ? I have never caught any. Although it is a very nice lake very quiet yes there is numerous types of wildlife.
