Description: Woodland Lake is located in Merrill Township in Newaygo County. This Michigan lake consists of 203 acres of surface waters with reported depths of 51 feet.

Woodland Lake is sometimes known as Brookings Lake.

Woodland Lake is connected to East Lake (37 acres) and is just North from Perch Lake and Bass Lake (13 acres).

There is a public access site on the Northwest corner of the lake, just off Blair Avenue.
